Traffic-Tech, a Parking and Highway Improvement (Striping) Contractor was founded by Ted Provost in 1973 after working at Payco for five years. Traffic-Tech has been owned and operated by Ted and his son Bruce Provost who is now President.

Traffic-Tech is knowledgeable in blueprint reading and virtually all types of parking designs. Traffic-Tech has also kept up with the ever-changing building and fire codes relating to on-site and off-site parking. Since April 1994, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) has made drastic changes in handicap parking and compliance, which Traffic-Tech is very familiar with.

Traffic-Tech has used both solvent and water base paints. Striping is not limited to parking areas, we also paint airfields, game courts, construction detours and roadways (including removal of striping). We also install wheel-stops, signage (custom made to high intensity street name signs), reflective pavement markers and any type of traffic barricades or delineators including bollard posts both permanent and removable. Traffic-Tech also has experience in asphalt relating to parking lot repair, new handicap ramps and the application of Asphaltic Emulsion Sealers (Satin Seal, Hunt Sealer and Brewer Cote Sealer).
